- Adjustable steam vent
- Stainless steel safety handle
- "L" lid condensate containment
Constructed of 304L stainless steel:
- Food contact zone with 1 1/2" compression draw-off
- Seam welded component enclosure and tubular frame
Standard features include:
- Maximum operating pressure 125psi (353°F)
- Safety valve, 125 psi
- Cassette rack(s) for 12x20 food pans
- Single ball valve with 48" s/s flexible spray hose assembly
- Adjustable flanged feet
